We are seeking a Resident Advocate to join our team at The Willows at Willard. In this role, you will provide support and advocacy for our residents, helping them navigate the complexities of long-term care.
You will have the opportunity to learn new skills and earn more money through our nationally recognized Apprenticeship Program. You will participate in daily nursing reports, take detailed notes, and help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed.
