We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Long-Term Care Nurse Aide to join our team at The Willows at Willard. As a valued member of our staff, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn new skills and earn more money through our nationally recognized Apprenticeship Program. You will participate in daily nursing reports, take detailed notes, and help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed.
You will also observe and report changes in residents' condition, making independent decisions when necessary. We value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, as well as a desire to help people and work with a team to make it happen.
