Your Role in Patient Care
As a Patient Care Specialist, you'll participate in daily nursing reports, take detailed notes, and assist with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting residents when needed. You'll work closely with our nursing team to provide comprehensive care and support to our residents.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a current, unencumbered, state nurse aide license and a positive attitude. You should be willing to learn and help people, and have excellent communication skills.
