Together we are searching for a Civil Designer to join their team on a full-time, on-site bases at their Blue Bell, PA location. Compensation $58k-$62k based on experience.
Responsibilities :
- Analyzes Zoning Ordinances, Subdivision and Land Development Ordinances, site requirements and other technical documents and reports relative to civil / survey design needs.
- Determines Client criteria requirements and apply them to civil drawings and site-specific requirements and influences.
- Prepare feasibility sketches, site designs, permitting and construction drawings, and applications / forms.
- Coordinates designs received from other project consultants with civil design plans.
- Designs plans and detailed drawings for civil-related improvements inclusive of site layout, grading, ADA grading, utility layout, landscape plans, erosion and sediment controls, sanitary sewer and storm sewer layout, and stormwater management systems.
- Assist project managers and engineers in scheduling, analysis of time required to perform civil design tasks and budget management.
