We’re looking for a Contact Center Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving growth across multiple channels and markets. If you have experience managing call centers, setting in-home appointments, and creating strategic marketing campaigns, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage inbound and outbound call campaigns to support multiple channels in multiple markets from a centralized location.
- Build, train, and motivate a team of high-performing agents to achieve goals.
- Develop and implement word tracks and best practices for consistent and repeatable success.
- Maximize marketing budgets to increase lead flow while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Administer and optimize multiple marketing channels, with a focus on digital ads, social media and events.
- Design and implement incentive-based pay plans for call center agents.
- Ensure appointment calendars are consistently full across all locations.
- Collaborate with internal and external sales and marketing teams for seamless integration.
- Analyze and adjust marketing budgets for optimal performance.
- Develop strategic plans to enter and grow new markets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Call Center Manager or Marketing Manager.
- Proven track record in setting in-home appointments for window and door replacement or similar home improvement industries.
- Strong background in-home improvement marketing strategies with an appointment-setting mentality.
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
- Exceptional leadership, training, and team-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify KPI’s, critique performance, and make actionable recommendations.
- Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving approach.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
