Duties
- Sales Channel Management:
- Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of accounts within three primary sales channels: trade/contractor sales, residential window and door replacements, and remodeling projects through our sister company, Lifestyle Remodeling.
- Client Engagement:
- Set and attend face-to-face appointments with clients in our Scottsdale showroom to showcase product offerings, provide solutions, and close sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in traffic as part of the sales rotation.
- Lead Conversion:
- Follow up on inbound leads promptly, nurturing them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system to ensure consistent pipeline management.
- Sales Presentations:
- Deliver professional and persuasive sales presentations tailored to the client’s needs.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of product offerings, features, and benefits to guide clients in their purchasing decisions.
- Account Management:
- Build and sustain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for project fulfillment and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with colleagues to share insights, strategies, and best practices for achieving team and company sales goals.
- Customer Experience:
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience by understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and resolving issues effectively.
- Performance Metrics:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track and report on sales performance and progress toward goals.

- Qualifications
- Sales Experience:
- Experience in B2B sales, trade/contractor partnerships, or home improvement sales.
- A proven ability to create and execute an outbound business development strategy.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a business development or hunter role, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and negotiate effectively.
- Relationship Building:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.

- Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel locally for client meetings and site visits (no overnight travel required).
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
