J Windsor Court seeks a skilled Order Seller to join our In-room dining team. The ideal candidate will respond to calls from guests and other departments with priority procedures.
Responsibilities
- Take orders: Receive and accurately record orders from guests over the phone or in person
- Communicate: Relay orders promptly and effectively to the kitchen and or restaurant staff
- Coordinate: Ensure orders are prepared, plated, and delivered to guests promptly
- Provide customer service: Address guest inquiries and concerns and provide exceptional and friendly service
- Track orders: Maintain detailed records of orders, including their status and any special requests
- Follow regulations: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Maintain cleanliness: Keep work areas, including order-taking stations, clean and organized
- Process payments: Handle all payment methods accurately and efficiently
- Report issues: Report any discrepancies, complaints, or issues to the appropriate supervisor for resolution
