What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intern - Digital Marketing position at The Wine Group?
JOB SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Digital Marketing Director, Intern duties will vary with the intent to participate in the overall Digital Marketing process. Intern will be part of the Digital & Ecommerce team for the summer and participate in meetings and projects that are priority for the department. Key responsibilities include:
Building out reporting of digital and ecommerce.
Further test and update key assets for e-retail.
Conduct a deep strategic dive on e-retail.
Examine, assess and recommend actions based on deep dive on competitive practices (industries like cosmetics, CPG, spirits, e-comm dative).
Help with build out templates and formats/structures, visualization of data.
Analyze data, articulate thoughts, determine next steps.
Update existing and create new assets for use in e-retail, through Its rapid, PDP (product detail page) assets.
Analyze top competitors within top retail e-retail (e.g., examine Josh’s practices at Publix.com) identify patterns and best practices; explore categories beyond ABV for best practices.
Bring Gen Z insights to the group and share reflections, recommendations and opinions.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a college student.
Must have a GPA of 3.8 or higher.
Must be able to commit to a minimum of 2 months of work.
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, the Internet and computer aptitude.
Excels at creative problem solving.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to determine the root cause of the problem.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
Prioritize while able to adapt to changing priorities.
Ability work independently within set guidelines.
COMPENSATION
Hiring Hourly Range Posted: $20.00 hour.
Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience; skills, knowledge, and abilities; education; and other position related factors.
