Highlights of the Sever Position:
- A minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living (preferred).
- Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Prepares food items and serves food to Residents within scheduled time frame.
- Cleans and maintains food service areas, including kitchen and dining room.
- Dishwashing
- Aiding Chefs with Meal Prep
- Conversing pleasantries with residents and families
- Going above and beyond to deliver great customer service to our residents in order to create a home-like atmosphere
