Winterberry Gardens, located in Southington Ct is seeking the right person to work in our Color Program. The planting crew foreman will be responsible for a small crew working with our residential and commercial clients.Theideal candidate should be a friendly, people-oriented person, and have a customer-focusedmindset at all times. Essential skills include : superior people skills, timemanagement, multi-tasking in a busy environment, good listening skills, computerskills, professional phone skills, and a consistently positive attitude. Must be able tostand for long periods, and should be able to lift at least 50 lbs. JobDutiesLeading a landscape crew as a working foreman.Supervise and facilitate detailed instructions and organize a crew and jobsite on a daily basis.Maintain a working relationship with designers and managers to facilitate outstanding project results; including providing an excellent customer experience.Maintaining and running equipment.Completing and reconciling daily job reports and time cards.Coordinate with manager on daily tasks and assignments.Moreabout the jobKnowledge of trees and shrubs, perennials and annuals is a plus.Availability on weekends, when needed.Must have valid driver’s license.We are an equal opportunity employer and encourage diversity in the workplace
