Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base in both B2B and retail sectors.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage sales activities, track customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales progress.
- Present software solutions effectively, demonstrating their benefits to potential customers during product demonstrations.
- Participate in business development initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Skills
- Proven experience in technology sales or inside sales, with a strong understanding of software products.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for tracking sales activities.
- Ability to perform cold calling confidently, demonstrating persistence and resilience in pursuing leads.
- Knowledge of market trends related to technology and software solutions is a plus.
