Key Responsibilities
- Serve walk-in clients at our Denver headquarters for equipment pickups and drop-offs.
- Process orders for clients in EPA Region 8, both over the phone and in person.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients in EPA Region 8 to promote business growth.
- Develop expertise on Geotech's extensive line of technology and equipment.
- Address sales inquiries from prospective customers promptly and professionally.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Identify client needs, understand their projects, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Manage client interactions from the initial contact through to the completion of the sales cycle.
- Keep a detailed sales pipeline of quotes for follow-up actions.
- Regularly update and maintain the CRM to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in sales training provided through third-party resources.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in B2B, retail, or call center environments.
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for relationship building.
- Independent self-starter capable of managing tasks autonomously and professionally.
- Strong organizational abilities to handle a large volume of contacts within the CRM.
- Collaborative mindset with readiness to support colleagues when needed.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales position.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
