Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to clients at our Denver headquarters with equipment pickups and drop-offs.
- Process orders for clients in EPA Region 8 both in-person and over the phone.
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients in EPA Region 8 to drive business growth.
- Become a knowledgeable resource on Geotech's extensive range of technology and equipment.
- Address sales inquiries from potential customers promptly and professionally.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Identify prospects' project requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Support clients throughout the entire sales cycle, from engagement to closure.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline to ensure effective follow-up on quotes.
- Regularly update and optimize the CRM system to enhance operational efficiency.
- Engage in sales training through third-party resources to further develop your skills.
- Proven experience in B2B, retail, or call center sales environments.
