We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (Remote) who will play a vital role in managing customer inquiries and complaints, processing orders, and facilitating escalations across various communication platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate composure in stressful situations and possess strong computer skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in clients at our Denver headquarters with equipment pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Enter orders for clients in EPA Region 8 both in-person and via phone.
- Reach out to prospective clients in EPA Region 8 to stimulate business growth.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of Geotech's extensive technology and equipment.
- Address sales inquiries from potential customers.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Identify potential clients, comprehend their project requirements, develop relationships, and suggest suitable solutions.
- Engage clients from initial contact through to the closure of the sales cycle.
- Maintain a pipeline of sales quotes for follow-up.
- Update and sustain the CRM system to ensure operational efficiency.
- Participate in sales training through external resources.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field (B2B or retail).
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage extensive contact information within the CRM.
- Capacity to work independently while taking ownership of tasks.
- Collaborative mindset to support colleagues and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
- A background in customer service or sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
