Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients who visit our Denver headquarters for equipment pickups and drop-offs.
- Process orders for clients in EPA Region 8 both in person and by phone.
- Reach out to potential clients in EPA Region 8 to promote business growth.
- Become a knowledgeable resource on The Wish Clinic's extensive range of technology and equipment.
- Handle sales inquiries from prospective customers with professionalism.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Identify client needs, develop relationships, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Guide clients through the sales process from initial contact to closing.
- Maintain a pipeline of quotes for follow-up and ensure CRM updates for operational efficiency.
- Participate in sales training initiatives through external resources.
- Proven experience in B2B, retail, or call center sales, with a passion for customer engagement.
- Strong communication abilities to foster long-term relationships with clients.
