Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in person at our Denver headquarters with equipment pickups and drop-offs.
- Process orders for EPA Region 8 clients, both in-person and over the phone.
- Engage prospective clients in EPA Region 8 to generate business opportunities.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Geotech's extensive range of technology and equipment.
- Respond to inquiries from potential customers and cultivate relationships.
- Identify prospects, understand their projects, and suggest suitable solutions.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial client engagement to final close.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline for follow-up quotes.
- Update and optimize the CRM for enhanced efficiency.
- Participate in sales training through third-party resources.
- Proven background in customer relations, B2B, retail, or call center sales.
