The Wistar Institute has an opening for a Software Engineer to join the laboratory of Dr. Noam Auslander. This position is fit for experienced software engineers interested in biomedical research as well as development using computational techniques.
The successful candidate will develop computational and machine learning methods for cancer research. This will include software development, benchmarking, and collaboration with other scientists.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in a science-related field with a minimum of two years’ experience working as a software engineer.
Candidates with experience in Python, shell scripting, and Linux, C/C are preferred.
