User Management: Manage user accounts, security roles, and access permissions, ensuring appropriate authentication and authorization.
Configuration and Customization (Configuration Focus): Configure the ERP systems to meet business requirements, including setting up workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations, leveraging standard system functionality.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business users across various departments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ERP system usage.
Best Practices and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve business processes through effective use of the ERP system and promote adherence to best practices.
Workflow Design and Development (Configuration Focus): Design, develop, and implement workflows within Infor CSI and Infor CRM using standard configuration tools.
Reporting and Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide users with relevant data insights.
Collaboration with Development Team: Collaborate with the Infor Development Team by providing clear and detailed specifications for customizations that cannot be achieved through configuration. This will include detailed requirements documentation, testing plans and acceptance criteria.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing of system updates, patches, and customizations to ensure quality and functionality.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and processes.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on ERP system functionality.
