Description
Financial Analysis & Reporting :
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (balance sheets, profit & loss statements, cash flow statements).
- Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget / forecast) to ensure financial targets are met.
- Determines cost of project and small program operations by establishing standard costs and collecting operational data
- Assists with preparing presentation slide decks for program financial performance reporting
- Compares and analyzes program actual results versus plans and forecasts
Accounting Functions :
Manage general ledger entries and reconciliations.
Budgeting & Forecasting :
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.
Use financial software and tools to manage and analyze financial data.
Compliance & Auditing :
Ensure adherence to tax regulations and financial regulations.
Risk Management :
Identify and assess financial risks, including cash flow issues and market volatility, and suggest risk mitigation strategies
