Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
    • Set and manage sales quotas and targets for the sales team.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Team Leadership:

      • Recruit, hire, and onboard talented sales professionals.
      • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to the sales team.
      • Foster a positive and high-performing sales culture.
      • Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve their goals.

Sales Execution:

    • Lead the sales team in closing deals and exceeding revenue targets.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales enablement tools and materials.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, discuss best practices, and address challenges.

Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
    • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Financial Management:

    • Manage the sales budget and track expenses.
    • Forecast sales revenue and prepare accurate sales reports.
