We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Spot Welders. Pay starting at $16.00/hour. No prior experience is necessary! This entry-level position offers comprehensive training to help you develop the skills needed for success in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
6AM-2:30PM Schedule
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and operating spot welding machines.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform quality checks on welded components to ensure they meet specifications.
- Make cosmetic fixes on finished metal parts and cabinets with variety of powered hand tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Participate in training sessions to learn welding techniques and best practices.
- Other duties as assigned
