Job Overview : As a Press Supervisor , you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for overseeing our production team members, managing workflow, and ensuring that quality and safety standards are consistently met. The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and lead the manufacturing team : Provide guidance, support, and direction to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team over a team of metal fabrication workers.
