The Wolf's Tailor of Id Est Hospitality Group is seeking back-of-house talent! We are hiring full-time line cooks who are passionate about food and the hospitality industry. At least two years of prior culinary experience in a high-caliber environment are required to be considered for this role. This role requires flexible evening and weekend availability. - Prep ingredients, sauces, and dish components in accordance with established recipes
- Adhere to standardized recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation while following food safety regulations
- Follow storage and rotation guidelines to minimize waste and maintain freshness.
- Comply with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Enforce proper food handling, storage, and labeling practices to prevent foodborne illnesses
- 2 years prior culinary experience in fine dining or other environment of similar caliber
- Basic kitchen knowledge, including knife skills, basic cooking techniques, safe food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with wood-fired cooking techniques is considered a plus
- Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time and comfortably lift 50 lbs
- Open availability - must have weekend availability
