Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with strong Java expertise. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test automation and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Requirements

• Education:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience:
• 6 years of hands-on experience with a Master's degree OR
• 8 years of hands-on experience with a Bachelor's degree in test automation and concurrent Java coding.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficient in test automation using open-source tools or in-house frameworks.
• Strong experience in API testing, including SOAP and Microservices.
• Proficient in UI and mobile testing.
• Experience with test frameworks such as JUnit and TestNG.
• Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and/or Cucumber.
• Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD).
• Proficiency in code versioning tools like Git or SVN.
• Advanced SQL knowledge and the ability to write complex queries for validation.
• Expertise in debugging applications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Proficiency in using tools like Jira for Agile process management.
• Experience with defect and test management tools.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of JavaScript and Node.js for server-side development.
• Proficiency in shell scripting.
• Experience with Security Testing and/or ADA compliance testing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
