We are seeking a versatile and energetic individual to join our team in a Hybrid Kitchen/Service Position. This role combines responsibilities in the kitchen, on the floor, and in the drive-thru, providing a dynamic and challenging work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Kitchen Duties:
- Efficiently and accurately prepare and assemble food orders
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Stock and replenish kitchen supplies as needed.
Service Duties:
- Buss tables promptly and thoroughly, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area.
- Assist servers with tasks such as food delivery, drink refills, and guest requests.
- Answer phones and take orders using a handheld POS
Car Waiter/Waitress Duties:
- Take orders (and occasionally deliver food) to customers in the drive-thru.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent service
- Assist with preparing orders
- Assist in keeping the working area stocked
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Previous experience in the food service industry preferred but not required.
