House Manager – Duluth, MN – Reference WC-2080
Pay Rate: $60,000 Annually
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: Monday to Friday 40 Hours Per Week with on call availability

Job Details
Our Duluth-based client requires a long-term professional House Manager for their primary residence and secondary residence in Wisconsin. Responsibilities will include vendor management, project management (overseeing the selection and supervising of vendors for renovation and maintenance projects), performing essential home maintenance, providing staff management, shopping, vehicle valet, errands, travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, and providing transportation services.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have professional qualifications (preferred), a college degree, a minimum of five years of House Management experience within a similar role working in a private residence, be tech-savvy, have a valid driver’s license and insurance, use of personal vehicle (truck or larger vehicle, mileage reimbursement provided), project management skills, mechanical aptitude, positive demeanor with outstanding interpersonal skills and be discreet. Candidate must be seeking long-term employment, maintain a flexible schedule to work holidays, weekends, or evenings as needed, and possess excellent work references.
