About the Role:
We are seeking a Retail Leader with a strong emphasis on sales and customer service to join our team at The Woodhouse Day Spa - Cleveland in Orange Village, OH. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company known for its exceptional spa services and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Drive retail sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure availability of products
- Train and mentor retail staff to provide exceptional service and meet sales goals
- Create and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue
- Maintain a clean and organized retail space
Requirements:
- Prior retail sales experience, preferably in a spa or wellness setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of skincare and wellness products
- Positive and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to close during the week and work one shift on the weekend, either Saturday or Sunday
