Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and informative lectures on massage therapy techniques, anatomy, physiology, and client care.
- Provide hands-on instruction in various massage techniques, ensuring students gain practical experience.
- Mentor and support students throughout their educational journey, from classroom to clinical practice.
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate them into the curriculum.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist in developing and updating course materials.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Massage Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Prior teaching or mentoring experience required.
- In-depth knowledge of massage therapy techniques, anatomy, and physiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
