- Associate degree required.
- Two (2) years of experience directly related to staffing, scheduling and budget management may be considered in ileu of degree.
- Staffing and scheduling experience required.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate logs and records.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to supply inventory.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and healthcare management systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
