Job Overview

Duties
- Lead and supervise the nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care.
- Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans for residents or patients.
- Ensure compliance with medical terminology and documentation standards.
- Conduct regular documentation reviews to maintain accurate patient records.
- Manage shift schedules and staffing levels to meet patient needs effectively.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance overall patient care quality.
- Oversee nursing home operations, including adherence to Medicare regulations.
- Implement the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments as required for patient evaluation.
- Provide guidance and support for home health and home care services as needed.
Qualifications
- Current registered nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Proven experience in nursing management or leadership roles within a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of care plans, medical terminology, and documentation review processes.
- Experience in nursing homes or home health environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with Medicare regulations and MDS assessments is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
