Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Identify customer needs through effective questioning and listening skills.
- Present and demonstrate products effectively, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Achieve sales targets by implementing strategic sales plans.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall sales performance.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in using software and other sales tools is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
