Sales Counselor, Assisted Living Community

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Identify customer needs through effective questioning and listening skills.
• Present and demonstrate products effectively, highlighting their benefits and features.
• Achieve sales targets by implementing strategic sales plans.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall sales performance.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple accounts effectively.
• Proficiency in using software and other sales tools is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
