Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within our facility.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attendants meets and greets residents when they arrive to pick up packages.
- Respond to all requests in a courteous, professional manner always.
- Exhibit a positive and professional attitude. Be kind and helpful to everyone.
- Unloading and sorting packages of various sizes from sources such as UPS, FEDEX, AMAZON, COSTCO, SAMS CLUB, etc.
- Secure all packages, deliveries, and other appropriate items at the designated area.
- Monitor use and return of hand cart; keep appropriate records in the logbook.
- Regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions for the role.
- Other duties as required.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct business with the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct.
- Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing the work.
- Follow all policies and Standard Operating Procedures as instructed by Management.
- Perform any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties as assigned.
- This position does not require any supervisory responsibilities
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
- Two (2) years of customer service experience preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
To perform this job successfully, an associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily including:

- Skill in developing and maintaining good working relationships.

- Position involves sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, shoving, lifting, carrying and moving objects that can weigh up to 25 lbs. or more following appropriate safety procedures.
