Overview:
Join our team at The Woodshed on Park! We are looking for a part time and full time host.
$15 Hourly Tips.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them in a timely manner
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently using POS system
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and assist callers with inquiries
- Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Communicate effectively with guests to address any concerns or special requests
- Uphold high standards of guest relations and hospitality at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in using POS systems for reservations and seating assignments
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food service operations and guest services best practices
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
