What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fuel Hand position at The Woodshed?
Fuel Hand
First and foremost you will be expected to have amazing customer service skills. You will be expected to help the customers fuel their vehicle and wash their windshields if they want assistance.
Drive Job Duties
- Check air and water hoses for leaks.
- Check pumps for loose equipment.
- Check hoses for severe cracks.
- Check nozzles, swivels, & breakaways for leaks.
- Wipe the pumps down with a wet rag from top to bottom every day. Detail keypad and push buttons on the screen to make sure everything is functioning properly. Wipe the nozzles and hoses down.
Trash Detail
- Pick up trash in the ditches out front, the parking lot, front entrances.
- Pick up trash along the north parking lot and along the fence row at the property line. Trash tends to blow up against it and collect. We don’t want trash blowing onto other people’s property.
- Pick up trash along dumpsters where truck drivers have seemed to miss when they clean out their trucks.
- Keep landscaping clean, cig butts picked up, straws, lids, cups, & anything else that doesn’t belong.
