We are seeking a reliable and professional Commissary Delivery Order Specialists to join our team. Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering goods directly to inmates within the correctional facility. The position requires a valid Tennessee Driver License, a minimum of 3 years of incident free driving experience, and the ability to safely operate a 16-foot box truck with a lift gate. Our Commercial Vehicle insurance requires drivers to be over 21 years of age.
Responsibilities:
- Load and drive a 16-foot box truck with lift gate to deliver goods directly to inmates at a correctional facility
- Follow written and verbal instructions accurately and pay attention to detail
- Act with professionalism and maintain a positive work ethic
- Work with officer escort and ensure compliance with all security protocols
- Pass a thorough background check; any misdemeanors must be more than 10 years old. We are unable to hire you if you have ever had a felony.
- Must follow proper record keeping procedures for order receipts.
The Salary for this position is $360 weekly if all three delivery sessions (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) are met, otherwise paid for only hours worked.
The schedule is 11:45AM until completion. Average is 16 hours weekly.
