Handyman Service Technician

Overview
The Worker Bee Handyman Services is growing and we are looking for a skilled technician to join our team. The Ideal candidate must possess a presentable vehicle in good working condition as well as a basic set of tools necessary to handle "fixit" projects around the house. We are more than willing to train to our standards, but need someone who can be left on their own, after a certain amount of training time.

Duties

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, furniture assembly, hanging artwork and a whole variety of other tasks that may arise.
• Utilize tools and equipment effectively to complete various repair projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly.
• Maintain a clean cut persona
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project status, timelines, and any additional needs.

Experience

• Proven experience in maintenance person services or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, repair techniques, and safety protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
