Summary :
Workforce Group (WFG) is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Florida Certified Notary to join our team. In this role, you will provide notarial services and assist with a variety of administrative duties to support our operations. The ideal candidate will be a Florida-commissioned notary with strong organizational skills and experience performing administrative tasks. The role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Location : Treasure Island, Florida
Responsibilities :
- Provide notarial services, including witnessing signatures, administering oaths, and verifying documents for individuals and businesses in compliance with Florida state law.
- Maintain accurate records of all notarizations performed, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to legal requirements.
- Assist with processing and managing documents, including legal contracts, forms, and applications.
- Support the preparation and organization of meeting materials, presentations, and reports.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Handle general office duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting clients.
- Assist with document filing, scanning, and archiving to ensure records are properly stored and easily accessible.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure that administrative tasks and notarial duties are completed on time.
- Assist with the development of policies and procedures for document handling and notarization processes.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications : Florida Certified Notary Public with active commission. Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a notary or in a related administrative role.
