We are seeking a Benefits Account Executive to join our team. This role involves partnering with benefits brokers and renewal managers to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in pre-renewal meetings and renewal strategy development
- Provide day-to-day client support and review insurance policies and benefit options
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Analyze data and provide strategic recommendations for client benefit programs
- Stay up to date on industry trends and regulatory changes
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Hold an active Life/Health agent license
- Have 5 years of experience in the benefits insurance industry
- Possess a professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Demonstrate critical thinking, independence, and attention to detail
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
