Are you an ambitious Product Sales Specialist looking for your next career opportunity? Monsma Marketing Corporation is seeking a results-driven individual to join our team. This role involves building relationships with customers, driving sales growth, and promoting our high-quality building materials to retailers, contractors, and installers.
As part of a family-owned and growing company, this position offers the chance to make a significant impact while enjoying a supportive and dynamic work environment.
The candidate must :
Develop a deep understanding of products, their benefits, and installation processes to support customer needs
Identify leads, manage prospects through sales calls, and document outcomes in a CRM system
Visit building material retailers daily between Cheyenne, WY and Colorado Springs, CO to establish and grow sales relationships
Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, and installers to drive product usage and demand
Anticipate, respond to, and follow up on all existing client needs
Conduct job site training sessions, including hands-on product demonstrations
Represent the company at trade shows and dealer events using a show trailer to promote products
Continuously enhance technical knowledge through training, industry events, and self-directed learning to remain informed about market trends and competitor activities
Effectively manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously with minimal supervision
Display a positive, helpful attitude to help create a friendly environment for clients and co-workers
Requirements
The candidate will :
Have 3 or more years of experience in product sales or a related role, ideally in the building products or construction industry
Have a Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work experience
Have the ability to travel daily or as required to visit customers and provide support for sales activities, training sessions, and product demonstrations
Possess outstanding organizational skills with an ability to manage and meet sales goals without direct supervision
Demonstrate sound business judgment, strong decision-making, superior written and verbal communication skills
Have previous experience with power tools and conducting hands-on demonstrations
Maintain a clear driving record with eligibility to operate a company vehicle
Thrive in a team environment and be a positive team player
Have technology and computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
