Job Description : Precision AirConvey seeks an experienced Project Engineer to join our industry leading organization. The successful candidate will work closely with a strong internal team to solve 21st industry challenges with innovation, creativity, and state-of-the-art engineering. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving customer-centric system design solutions and will have excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities : The candidate must :
Learn the ins & outs of PAC’s systems and design them to solve customer-specific requirementsSupport the sales team in all aspects of developing new customers specifically with quoting and technical concept supportManage projects from concept to completion to ensure complete customer satisfaction including plan development, implementation of plan, and customer deliverySupport system startup and commissioning, ensuring smooth integration and operation at customer sitesEnsure all system calculations, technical specifications, and documentation are maintained in accordance with company and industry standardsDevelop and maintain strong customer relationships; as needed, through all stages of project scope, development, execution, and maintenanceManage all project related internal and external communication, timelines, and budgetsWork collaboratively with external suppliers and internal departments to manage customer deliverables on schedule and within budget; provide leadership, guidance, and direction through each project phaseSupport customers troubleshooting existing systems manufactured by PAC or othersEnsure the growth of the business and be committed to the company’s successRequirements : The candidate will :
Hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar disciplineHave 5 years of experience manufacturing project engineeringPossess a strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to solve technical problemsDemonstrate sound business judgment, strong decision making, superior written and verbal communication skillsBe passionate about quality and have a keen eye for detailHave outstanding organization, planning, and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage multiple prioritiesBe available to travel nationally to customer locations for project launch and equipment installation & customer trainingBe dedicated to the work with a willingness to think independently and have a “figure it out” mindsetThrive in a team environment and be a positive team playerHave computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project Management Software and Solidworks (or equal)No calls to Precision AirConvey, please.
