Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO.
Responsibilities
The expectations of the Executive Assistant (EA) will include but not be limited to:
- The EA should be able to interact with people in a professional, positive, and service-oriented way, both internally and externally. They should also be a good culture fit for the organization.
- The EA should be tech-savvy and up to date with productivity, organizational, and project management tools. They should be able to use computers, email, video conferencing, and other applications, and have a basic understanding of hardware.
- The EA should be able to think creatively to come up with solutions to problems and anticipate potential issues. They should also be able to create backup plans.
- The EA should be able to gather and synthesize data, market trends, and industry insights to help the CEO make informed decisions. They should also be able to prepare agendas and other documents for meetings and events.
- The EA should be able to manage administrative tasks effectively, including scheduling and logistics. They should also be able to handle the flow of information and day-to-day office operations.
- The EA should be able to communicate clearly and professionally.
- The EA should be able to meet deadlines and function well in a high-paced environment.
- The EA should be honest, trustworthy, and have high integrity
Hours of work:
- Typically, Monday – Friday
- Typically, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Minimum Qualifications:
- Has five or more years’ experience as a high-level executive assistant
