JOB SUMMARY
As a Regional Sales Specialist at The Wound Pros, you will be responsible for driving sales within your assigned regional territory. You will promote our full-service wound care strategy to healthcare providers, facilities, and agencies, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of our innovative solutions. Your role will focus on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and achieving sales targets to support our mission and business objectives.
WHAT ARE YOUR ASSIGNMENTS
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients within the assigned region.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our comprehensive wound care solutions and effectively communicate their benefits to healthcare professionals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market penetration in the region.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and educational sessions to healthcare providers and decision-makers.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, clinical services, and customer support, to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates for management on a regular basis.
ATTRIBUTES NEEDED FOR THE ROLE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of successful sales experience in healthcare, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare services.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
