We are seeking a Direct Care Worker to join our team at The Wright Agency LLC. In this role, you will provide essential support and companionship to our clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients' health conditions.
- Support clients with mobility and transportation needs.
- Implement care plans tailored to individual client needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Requirements
- Experience in home community care or similar caregiving roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of medication administration and health monitoring practices.
- Familiarity with dementia care and working with individuals with disabilities or autism is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families.
