Role Description
This is a full-time portfolio role as an Assistant Community Association Manager located in Deerfield Beach, FL. The Community Association Manager will oversee community associations' day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets, organizing meetings, and communicating with residents.
Qualifications
- Association Management, Property Management, and Community Development skills
- Experience in budgeting, financial management, and project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals
- Knowledge of Florida state laws and regulations related to community associations
- Licensed as a Community Association Manager (CAM) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (Preferred)
