The General Manager is responsible for crafting the overall direction of the facility and general wellness program, and providing strong leadership geared towards hospitality, top- level Fitness Wellness services, and staff development. This high-visibility leadership position requires the capacity to create a culture that engages residents and facilitates staff accountability for all aspects of performance and service, ensuring an extraordinary experience for each resident.
Responsibilities include :
- Maintaining the highest level of staff accountability
- Facility staffing schedules
- Staff training and education
- Resident relations; daily resident engagement
- Resident inquiries, complaints, suggestions and the coordination of resolutions to any issues involving the amenities
- Manage all aspects of inventory control
- Facility supplies purchase coordination and logistics
- Daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports to TWF corporate
- Vendor communication liaison
- Billing
- Over-see all health and fitness operations which can include pool, wet-area, and amenities
- Available to work 40 - 50 hours based on the needs of the business
- Promoting and marketing our services
