The Supervisor in partnership with the club general manager will help ensure the smooth and efficient operational procedures within all departments, enabling the club to provide the highest level of customer service.
This high-visibility leadership position requires the capacity to create a culture that engages residents through on-going residential outreach as well as a culture of staff accountability for all aspects of performance and service, thus ensuring an extraordinary service experience for each resident.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the highest level of staff accountability
- Facility staffing schedules
- Staff training and education
- Resident relations; daily resident engagement
- Resident inquiries, complaints, suggestions and the coordination of resolutions to any issues involving the amenities
- Manage all aspects of inventory control
- Facility supplies purchase coordination and logistics
- Daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports to TWF corporate
- Vendor communication liaison
- Billing
- Over-see all health and fitness operations which can include pool, wet-area, and amenities
- Available to work 40 - 50 hours based on the needs of the business
- Promoting and marketing our services
Requirements:
- Four-year college degree
- Luxury hospitality experience
- mid-level management experience in fitness, hospitality or wellness
- experience in leadership in staff development
- outgoing and self-directed
- passionate about fitness, wellness and living a healthy lifestyle
