What You’ll Do
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to organizational objectives.
- Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to present findings in a clear and compelling manner.
- Collaborate with team members to tailor reports to meet specific informational needs and audience requirements.
- Conduct reviews of data elements tracked and reported by other programs under the WRK Group that are not yet designed in current data systems.
- Assist in data management tasks, including but not limited to data validation, data quality checks, data clean up, and import of missing information.
- Assist in designing and rolling out of necessary data collection initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Education and Experience
- Currently pursuing a 2-year or 4-year degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and programming languages commonly used in data analysis such as SQL or DAX.
- Experience in utilizing business intelligence or data visualization tools such as PowerBI or SAP BusinessObjects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be communicative and proactive, and can manage multiple projects at once
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with various team members
- Flexibility, willingness to learn, and superior attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership and work independently while contributing to the broader team
- Schedule: Part time (30 hours per week), hybrid with Tuesday-Thursday as onsite days, 8:30 am-5:00 pm, with occasional after-hours work.
- Travel: Primarily local during the business day.
- Physical Demands: Ability to sit for extended periods and use technology.
