Vindico Medical Education is searching for a Continuing Education Coordinator to join their team.
The selected candidate will lead the development of outcomes reports for Vindico Continuing Education (CE) activities for input into the websites of supporter and other key stakeholders. This includes the dissemination of assessment materials as needed, gathering of data from internal and/or external sources, and data analysis. Experience with MS Office, Selligent, and the ability to navigate various cloud-based databased software is essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Develops reports for supporters and partners
o Gathers and aggregates data as needed
o Analyzes data and performs basic statistical analyses
o Arranges and exports data into Microsoft programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) consistent with company templates for review and approval
o Coordinates internal review process and task tracking
- Inputs data from CE activities onto grantor web sites as requested by VME OMA, Finance, Program Management, or other VME personnel
o Collaborates with project teams and fully informs all members about the aspects of outcomes or data projects
o Effectively communicates the meaning of data to all members of project team and, on occasion, company’s clients
- Excellent time management, multitasking and ability to deliver on schedule
- Ensures that all deliverables are accurate, evidence-based, and in full compliance with accrediting bodies
- Collaborates with management throughout the company as necessary and oversees outcomes coordinator, if applicable
Minimum qualifications include:
- BA/BS degree
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Salesforce
- The ability to work effectively in a remote environment is also essential
The annual base salary for this position is $40,000 to $50,000. Placement within this range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, knowledge, skills, education, years and level of experience, and equity with internal team members.
