Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at The Life Preparatory School for Boys. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, developing and executing organizational policies, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the school.
Qualifications
- Experience in Operations Management and Staff Management
- Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
