We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional who:
- Has a genuine passion for working with children and families.
- Understands the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Framework, and My Time Our Place Framework.
- Has strong leadership skills to create diverse and inclusive learning experiences.
- Is committed to maintaining a child-safe culture and high safeguarding standards.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children over preschool age.
- Certificate III in ECEC/OOSH.
- Current WWWVP Check (or willingness to obtain).
- First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates (or willingness to obtain).
- Driver’s License.
- Experience with additional needs children (desirable).
