• Understands the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Framework, and My Time Our Place Framework.
• Has strong leadership skills to create diverse and inclusive learning experiences.
• Is committed to maintaining a child-safe culture and high safeguarding standards.
  
  

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children over preschool age.
• Certificate III in ECEC/OOSH.
• Current WWWVP Check (or willingness to obtain).
• First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Driver’s License.
• Experience with additional needs children (desirable).
